As President & CEO of Citizens Bank of Edmond, Chairman of Citizens Bancshares, Inc., and founder of its digital military bank ROGER, Jill Castilla is a nationally recognized innovator in financial technology.
Jill currently serves on the 12-member Federal Advisory Council for the Federal Reserve Board of Governors representing the 10th District. She is a Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army and chairs the SW Graduate School of Banking at SMU. Jill serves on the boards of the Association of Military Banks of America, MetaFund, Oklahoma Hall of Fame, Castle Creek Capital, Port Authority of Oklahoma City, Mercy West, and Humphreys REIF. She recently served on the American Bankers Association Board of Directors. Jill is a previous Chairman of the Community Bankers Association of Oklahoma and an Honorary Commander at Tinker AFB. She received national acclaim for projects with billionaire Mark Cuban during the COVID-19 crisis, helping thousands of small businesses and families.
Jill has served in the U.S. Army and Oklahoma Army National Guard and in management roles at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. She holds a master’s in economics from the University of Oklahoma and a bachelor’s in finance from Hawaii Pacific University, where she serves on its Board of Trustees. She attended the University of Wisconsin Graduate School of Banking and Wharton School.

She and her husband, LTC (retired) Marcus Castilla, are parents of an Army officer, a Naval Academy midshipman, and a recent high school graduate.
Chad resides in Wichita, Kansas with his wife, Renee, and three children Jacob, Avery, and Wes. His educational journey led him to Texas Christian University, where he successfully earned a degree in marketing. Post-graduation, Chad’s professional path began with the role of Chief of Staff for the Speaker of the House in Kansas.
In 1999, Chad, alongside his wife Renee and their friends Billy and Stephanie Boyle, embarked on the bold mission of establishing Young Life International. This endeavor aimed to make a positive impact on the lives of young people around the world.
Throughout the subsequent years, Chad’s engagement with Young Life International expanded and evolved. He embraced diverse leadership responsibilities, spanning areas such as International Operations, the cultivation of global leaders, and the initiation of field initiatives. Notably, Chad’s dedication led him to serve as the Senior Vice President for Europe from 2014 to 2019, after which he assumed the role of Senior Vice President for the Western United States, a position he held from 2019 to 2023.
In August 2023, Chad’s unwavering commitment and exceptional leadership were acknowledged once again. He achieved a remarkable promotion, now overseeing all of Young Life International’s programs across Africa, India, and the Middle East. This new role underscores Chad’s profound impact and the trust vested in his ability to steer the organization’s endeavors in regions that hold immense promise and potential.
Lance Humphreys is a managing partner of Triad & 640 Legacy Partners, both focused on commercial real estate and private equity. He is a managing partner of The Legacy Group, which helped found Cultivate – an early-stage venture accelerator in OKC. He previously founded Anthology, a national luxury property management and hospitality firm. He also founded Bloom, a social entrepreneurship firm that gives vulnerable women the opportunity to own their own businesses. Lance began his career with Jack’s Merchandising and Distribution, an international distribution firm focused on the drug and grocery industry.
He spent a decade with Jack’s, eventually serving as VP of sales, marketing, IT, and strategic planning. Following the sale of that firm, he studied at Denver Seminary and spent eight years as the senior leader of Bridgeway Church in Oklahoma City before returning to the marketplace in 2009.
Lance and his wife Stacy are both OKC natives and graduated from the University of Oklahoma, where he studied marketing. He has served on the board of Seaberg Industries of Moline, Illinois, and Young Life Oklahoma City. He currently serves on the board of Crossfirst Bank (CFB), Martin Bionics, Kize, and the Humphreys Real Estate Investment Fund. Lance and Stacy have two married adult children and two grandkids. They are a family that loves inviting people into their home and lives.
Scott is the Chief Investment Officer for HL Investments, the outside investment arm for the Green Family and Hobby Lobby. He previously served as President and Chief Strategy Officer of Sonic Corp, the parent company of the nation’s largest chain of drive-in restaurants. Scott is a member of the Board of Directors of Barkley (one the nation’s largest independent advertising agencies) as well as iDonate LLC and Clean Energy Africa LLC.
Scott also serves as a member of the Advisory Board for Baylor University School of Business, as well as BancFirst, Oklahoma City. He also is a member of the boards of The Mentoring Project, SALLT Leadership Training, and the Oklahoma Academy for State Goals. Scott earned a BBA in Accounting and Marketing from Baylor in 1984, and he earned an MBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin in 1987.
Mr. Myers has more than 25 years of experience in the Energy sector. As Co-Founder and CFO of Tall Oak Midstream, Mr. Myers is responsible for leading the finance, accounting, M&A, and risk management aspects of the company. Prior to forming Tall Oak, Mr. Myers was VP/Treasurer of OGE Energy Corp. In this role, he had oversight responsibility for corporate development, cash management, corporate finance and insurance. OGE owns the regulated utility OG&E and previously had an ownership interest in Enable Midstream Partners.
Mr. Myers has an undergraduate degree in business with a concentration in geology and a Master of Business Administration, both from the University of Kansas. In Oklahoma City, he currently serves as the Treasurer of Allied Arts and Treasurer of the American Energy Swim Club. He also serves on the board of several private companies including Sherwood Construction, Humphreys Real Estate Income Fund, and Infinity Capital. Mr. Myers and his wife Janie have two boys, ages 20 and 17, and live in Edmond, Oklahoma.
Gene Park serves as the President and co-founder of TNB USA Inc., a Connecticut-chartered bank. He is also the managing member of Compound Capital Management, a private investment and consulting company established in 2012, which provided crucial seed capital for TNB’s foundation.
During 2013-2015, Gene assumed the role of Senior Advisor at Teneo, offering strategic guidance on capital allocation to CEOs of Fortune 100 companies. From 2007 to 2012, he founded and led Quadrant Structured Investment Advisers, achieving a remarkable 20% compounded annual return, far surpassing the S&P’s 2%.
Gene’s prescient decisions left an indelible mark. As Managing Director at AIG Financial Products Corp. from 2000 to 2006, he anticipated the 2008 financial crisis, as documented in “The Big Short,” saving over $100 billion in taxpayer bailout money. His expertise extended to General Re Financial Products Corp. from 1993 to 1999, focusing on structured derivatives, and in his early career included roles at Tiger Management and Ernst & Young’s Financial Services Consulting Group.
Gene’s educational foundation was laid at Cornell University, where he earned a BS in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering. His versatile proficiency across finance, strategy, and consulting continues to shape the financial sector.
Chairman Emeritus & Founder
After decades of managing real estate partnerships, in 2012 Kirk launched the investment platform that would become Humphreys Capital. He led the firm as CEO until 2020, when he assumed the role of Executive Chairman, where he mentored the firm’s leadership and chairs the Investment Committee of each fund. Kirk now serves as Chairman Emeritus. He contributes almost 50 years of experience in real estate acquisition, syndication, financing, ownership, and disposition.
Kirk was twice elected Mayor of the City of Oklahoma City, serving from 1998 through 2003. Kirk is a former director of OGE Energy Corp., a former member of the Board of Regents of The University of Oklahoma, and a former Trustee of the Urban Land Institute. From 1972 to 1989, Kirk and his brothers owned and operated Jack’s Service Company, a national distribution business.
Kirk earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Oklahoma in 1972.
He and his wife, Danna, have been married for 50 years and live in Oklahoma City and Carlton Landing. They have 3 children and 15 grandchildren.
Chairman
Grant serves as Chairman of the Humphreys Capital Board of Directors and serves on the Investment Committee of each fund. He contributes decades of experience in real estate development and investments, which includes Carlton Landing, a DPZ-designed lakefront municipality founded by Grant in 2010. He is the past President of the National Town Builders Association and alongside his wife, Jen, Grant founded Carlton Landing Academy, the first rural charter school in Oklahoma.
After beginning his career with Trammell Crow Company, he spent the 2000’s assembling the largest self-storage portfolio in the state. During this time, he also developed luxury, LEED-certified condominiums in downtown Oklahoma City.
Grant earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from Baylor University in 1998. In 2021, he earned his MBA with TRIUM, a global executive program from three elite business schools: NYU Stern, HEC Paris, and The London School of Economics.
Grant is an instrument-rated pilot who enjoys traveling and time in the outdoors. He and Jen have 5 children and live in Oklahoma City.
CEO
Blair is a member of the Humphreys Capital Board of Directors and serves on the Investment Committee of each fund. He contributes almost two decades of experience in real estate investing and development, including the Wheeler District, an infill urban neighborhood on the Oklahoma River near downtown Oklahoma City.
He is the founder and past chair of the Oklahoma District Council of the Urban Land Institute and formerly served as the Executive Director of the Institute for Quality Communities at The University of Oklahoma.
Blair earned a Master of City Planning and Urban Design from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2009 and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship from The University of Oklahoma in 2005.
He and his wife, Maggie, have four children and live in Oklahoma City.
President
Braden is the President of Humphreys Capital and a member of each fund’s Investment Committee.
He joined the firm in 2017 after building experience with Boston Consulting Group and Google, and he was formerly on the Rising Leaders Council for the Institute for Portfolio Alternatives (IPA). Braden began his career as a reconnaissance officer in the United States Marine Corps, and his combat deployments include Iraq, Afghanistan, and at sea with the U.S. Fifth Fleet.
Braden earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma, a Master of Petroleum Economics and Management from the French Institute of Petroleum, and a Bachelor of Science from the United States Naval Academy.
He and his wife, Alissa, have four children and reside in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Head of Real Estate
Todd is the Head of Real Estate Investing at Humphreys Capital and a member of the Investment Committee of each fund. He joined the firm in 2013 and contributes two decades of experience that have uniquely equipped him to be a real estate investor.
After law school, Todd began his career in commercial real estate brokerage at Price Edwards & Company, and then became the Assistant Vice President at MidFirst Bank. He later served as Director of Real Estate for Devon Energy, where he managed over 2 million square feet of real estate and assisted in the development of Devon’s one million-square-foot headquarters building in Oklahoma City.
Todd currently serves on the Governance Committee of the Oklahoma District Council of the Urban Land Institute and on the Small-Scale Development Council for ULI.
Todd earned a Juris Doctor from The University of Oklahoma in 2002 and a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Oklahoma in 1999.
He and his wife, Kelli, have three children and live in Edmond, Oklahoma.
Investor Relationships
Ben is the Head of Opportunistic Funds at Humphreys and a member of the Investment Committee for Funds II, III, and IV. He joined the firm in 2015.
His aptitude for investor relations grew naturally from chapters of his career where he directed the investment processes of the University of Oklahoma Foundation and The Baptist Foundation of Oklahoma. At OU, Ben formed the foundation’s first investment team, established investment processes to manage $1.5 billion in assets, and built its portfolio into a top-decile ranked endowment.
Ben serves on the board of trustees for Oklahoma Baptist University, the board of directors of Reaching Souls International, the MBA Board of Advisors for the Michael F. Price College of Business at OU, and as an elder and teacher at his church.
Ben earned an MBA with an emphasis in finance from the University of Oklahoma in 2002 and a BBA in Finance from Oklahoma Baptist University in 1999.
He and his wife, Jeannie, have three children and reside in Newcastle, Oklahoma.

Joshua builds and maintains relationships with the investors of Humphreys Real Estate Income Fund (HREIF). He joined the firm in 2019 after building experience in wealth management at J.P. Morgan Private Bank and as the Communications Director at Kimray, where he was recognized by the Journal Record as an “Achiever Under 40”.
Joshua is committed to community development, serving on the boards of Allied Arts, Oklahoma Venture Forum, Oklahoma Contemporary, and the Crossings Clinic.
Joshua earned an MBA from Oklahoma City University and a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Southern Nazarene University.
He resides in Oklahoma City with his wife, Marni, and their three children.

Drew builds and maintains relationships with the qualified and institutional investors in Humphreys opportunistic real estate funds. He joined the firm in 2023 after decades of experience communicating asset management strategy to endowments, foundations, corporate pension plans, sovereign wealth funds, consultants, fund-of-funds, and ultra-high-net-worth families.
Before joining Humphreys Capital, Drew was SVP of Capital Markets at StoryBuilt, a Managing Director at Alatus Capital USA, Director of Marketing at Brightline Capital Management, and Vice President of Client Service & Marketing at Axiom Investors. His earlier experiences include Director of Consultant Relations for Fred Alger Management and Institutional Marketing Manager with Ark Asset Management.
Drew earned an MBA from the University of Connecticut with Distinction and a Bachelor of Science in Finance & Economics from Boston College magna cum laude.
He and his wife, Angela, have two children, and reside in Weston, Connecticut.

Sean builds and maintains relationships with the investors of Humphreys Real Estate Income Fund (HREIF) in Texas and the southern United States. He joined the firm in 2024, bringing with him nearly a decade of experience in healthcare real estate, encompassing both brokerage and capital raising efforts.
Prior to joining Humphreys Capital, Sean was Director of Investor Relations at a healthcare advisory firm, CREF, and Vice President of Investor Relations at a vertically integrated healthcare developer, New Era Partners.
Sean earned his BBA in International Trade & Finance from Louisiana State University and his MBA from Southern Methodist University, with dual concentrations in Strategy/Entrepreneurship and Marketing.
He and his wife, Dee, have two daughters and reside in Dallas, Texas.

Creed Hendrickson facilitates investor relationships for HREIF. His responsibilities center around developing and nurturing connections with investors and strategic partners.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Mississippi College in 2019 and spent the first three years of his career in the outsourced HR industry in a sales representative role.
He and his wife, Faith, reside in Tulsa.

Maggie Foster supports the Investor Relations team by coordinating fund offering materials and investor correspondence, among other responsibilities. She joined the firm in 2020 after gaining experience as a client services manager at Oath Law.
Maggie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from The University of Oklahoma in 2016.
She and her husband, Zane, live in Oklahoma City.
Investor Due Diligence
Jake supports institutional investor due diligence and prepares proposals for Humphreys Capital’s opportunistic funds. He joined the firm in 2023.
Jake began his career as an Audit Associate at HoganTaylor after earning Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Accounting from the Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University in 2017. He followed his time in public accounting with roles at GiANT Worldwide and Crossings Community Church, where he served as Director of Digital Discipleship and Video Operations.
Jake resides in The Village with his wife, Allyson, and their dog, Karsten.

Alyssa Endicott supports the Investor Relations team by coordinating fund offering materials, investor correspondence, and logistical planning. Additional responsibilities include execution of the firm’s compliance program and growing the team through recruitment of new talent.
Alyssa earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Central Oklahoma. She joined Humphreys Capital in 2023.
